    David Peter Stroh was a founding partner of Innovation Associates, the pioneering consulting firm in the area of organizational learning, whose work shaped co-founder Peter Senge’s management classic The Fifth Discipline. He is internationally recognized for his work over the past 35 years in enabling leaders, organizations, and communities to apply systems thinking to facilitate sustainable breakthrough change, develop organizational strategy, and resolve deep-seated conflict.
     
    David’s capacity building program in Leading Systemic Change through Applied Systems Thinking has been used by such diverse organizations as the Amalgamated Bank of South Africa, Coca Cola, Northwestern Mutual, Seagate, and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. His clients say the following:

He has published over 30 articles and is a regular speaker at the Systems Thinking in Action Conference, where he recently gave the closing keynote presentation. David was a National Science Foundation Fellow at MIT, where he earned an M.A. in City Planning after graduating summa cum laude with degrees in Civil Engineering and Urban Studies from the University of Michigan.
